This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the mobile game Ocean Hunter (the “Game”, “we”, “us”,
or “our”), including all related versions, associated official websites, and services we provide. We
are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information, and we
strictly adhere to applicable global data protection laws and regulations, including the General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, the
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents in the U.S., the Children’s
Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other relevant regional data protection laws.
This Policy explains in detail what information we collect when you use our Game, how we use, store,

downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ocean Hunter, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do
not use our Game.

necessary for the operation of the Game, to optimize your experience, and to meet legal compliance

gameplay of Ocean Hunter. You may voluntarily provide us with information in the following

When you use the Game, we automatically collect non-identifiable and limited identifiable

ID/IDFA for iOS devices, AAID for Android devices, Android ID, and device serial number where
permitted by law), device language and time zone, network type (Wi-Fi/cellular), screen

Your level progress, level completion status, in-game currency (coins) balance, prop usage
records, elimination operation records, game session duration, login and usage timestamps, and
other in-game behavior data.

diagnostic information to help us fix bugs and improve Game stability.

Advertising Interaction Data:
Data related to ads displayed in the Game, including ad impressions, clicks, video ad completion

The Game integrates third-party services to provide core functions, advertising, and analytics.

collection and use are governed by their own privacy policies. The third-party services we use

payment information; this data is processed directly by the app store platform, and is subject

We use secure cloud service providers to store Game data and back up service information, which
may include your gameplay progress and related data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the purposes described in this Policy, in compliance

To run the Game, save your level progress and in-game status, enable drag-and-match elimination
gameplay, boss confrontation mechanics, prop functions, and other core features.

and gameplay balance, develop new features, and enhance your overall user experience.

Request to Track" to opt out of IDFA collection for personalized ads.

Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see non-personalized (contextual) ads in the
Game.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Game is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect or
solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age, in compliance with the Children’s
Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13
without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information as
quickly as possible. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child under 13 has
provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 9,
and we will promptly delete the relevant information.
For users in the EEA/UK, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16
without parental consent, in compliance with the GDPR. If you are a parent or guardian and become
aware that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us.

The Game may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements that are not

the Game. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices, content, or

policies of any third-party services you access through the Game.

requirements, or Game features. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will post the
updated Policy on our official website, and provide a prominent in-game notice at least 30 days
before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised to
reflect the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the Game after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of
the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we
